How do I update my address?
WEB: Simply log in, go to your profile page, and add a new address to your profile. All deliveries can be updated up until dispatch. Make sure to select the new address when scheduling your prescription for delivery.

How do I change my credit card number?
Easy! Log in and add a new credit card to your profile or give us a call at 1-800-874-5881. Your old credit card will automatically be removed.
How do I cancel a delivery?
You can always manage your prescriptions online. If you don’t need a refill, simply cancel the prescription on your profile from the upcoming delivery. Go to the edit menu for the specific delivery and you can cancel the delivery. You can always reach out via phone or email to let us know as well.
How do I schedule auto refills?
Simple! Click on the name of the prescription and a small window will pop up. You can switch the button from on or off for auto refill. We always send you an email a week before the delivery to ensure you still want to receive the medication.
Is my data secure?
We take security very seriously. All of our systems are designed with security in mind. All of our code is deployed to and hosted on Aptible, which is a HIPAA Compliant cloud hosting service. Along with Aptible, we have created a robust compliance program, including risk assessment, privacy policies and procedures, security training for every member of our team, and incident response planning. The systems we are built on continuously go through security and compliance audits.

What insurance do you accept?
We accept all major insurances. This includes Medi-Cal, Medicare Part D, and TriCare. If you have a question about whether or not we can accept your specific insurance, please give us a call at 1-800-874-5881 and we can run a test claim.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We can still help you! We have extremely competitive cash prices for prescriptions.
Is delivery really free?
Yes! It truly is. Schedule your prescription for the day and time frame that suits you and we’ll deliver to you, free of charge.
Should I tip my courier?
There’s no need to tip the courier as we make sure to build this into our payment.

When do you deliver?
We have different delivery windows depending on your location. They start at noon and go until about 9pm at night. If you need a prescription urgently, give us a call!
How do you deliver?
We use our own in-house couriers to ensure professional and friendly service. They do not know the contents of the package.
What if my package wasn’t delivered?
If you are missing a package, please give us a call or sms at 1-800-874-5881 or email us at email@example.com so we can troubleshoot.
What if I need to change my delivery window?
As long as your package hasn't already left the pharmacy we should be able to re-assign the time. Please give us a call at 1-800-874-5881 to discuss if it's last minute, otherwise please reschedule from your dashboard.
How much will my prescription cost?
We collect your insurance information and bill your insurance like any other pharmacy to determine your copay. If your prescription isn’t covered, we’ll let you know and give you the option of paying out of pocket as well. We also automatically look for coupons where applicable to apply to your prescriptions to bring the prices down.
Why is my copay different from my other pharmacy?
Our prices should be the same or lower than what you’re used to paying. If you find any discrepancies, please let us know!
Do you accept coupons?
Yes, you can send us a picture of it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll use it if it’s a manufacturer’s coupon. Please keep in mind that we can only accept coupons directly from the manufacturer and not from third party sites.
How do I pay for my prescriptions?
If you have a copay through your insurance please log in to your dashboard and enter your credit card or debit card information. Your number is immediately encrypted and secured within our database. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, checks, or money orders at this time.
How do I add a prescription to my account?
There are several options depending on where your prescription is:
Doctor: We function like a typical pharmacy. Your doctor can send us scripts electronically to ScriptDash Pharmacy at 1400 Tennessee St. in San Francisco, or as a fax to 415-484-7058. Our NPI is 1497848832.
Another Pharmacy: From your dashboard, click “Add Prescription”. You can then request the name of the drug to be transferred from your existing pharmacy to our pharmacy for delivery.
Paper in hand: Please mail it or drop it off to the address below. Once we receive it we’ll reach out so you can schedule it for a delivery:

Do you dispense controlled drugs?
Yes, but we must have the prescription in our pharmacy before we can dispense it and require a signature upon delivery. See "How do I add a prescription to my account?" for instructions on sending us the paper copy.
Do you fill blister packs?
Yes! We have a packing machine that creates individual unit dosing packs which makes it easy to keep track of your medications and take them on time. Give us a call at 1-800-874-5881 if you have any questions or would like to get set up!
How do I schedule a refill?
Easy! Log in to your dashboard and scroll down to your active prescriptions. A button will appear to schedule a refill.
What if I need a renewal?
We keep track of your refill count and will notify you and your doctor when you are on your last fill. We work with your doctor to get a renewal as soon as possible so you don’t run out. Often your doctor will require an appointment before prescribing a full year renewal, so please be sure to schedule a checkup with them.
I have a question about how to use my medication.
Each shipment includes instructions on how to take your medication and the medical purpose of your prescriptions. If you have any questions regarding your medication you can always talk to a phramcist via phone at 1(800) 874-5881 or email- email@example.com.

How do I transfer my prescription(s)?
Once you’ve created an account online you can request to add a prescription for a transfer from another pharmacy from your dashboard. Simply click “Add Prescription” from the menu bar and fill out the form with the pharmacy name, location and the name of the drug, schedule it in for a delivery and you’ll be all set!
